How to use:

Step 1: Place your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle along the gum line.

Step 2: Clean both outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. 

Step 3: Move on to chewing surfaces. Hold the brush flat and brush back and forth along these surfaces right up to the last wisdom tooth.

Step 4: Brush your tongue in a back-to-front sweeping motion to remove odor-causing bacteria to freshen your breath. 

Make a practice to brush at least twice a day for at least two minutes to maintain the health of your teeth and gums.
